New DETRAF tariffs effective from February 24th
Anatel defined the DETRAF tariffs in Acts 6210 and 6211. The tariffs dropped significantly:
- Mobile tariffs decreased to values close to nine cents
- There were reductions in TU-RL, VU-M, TU-RIU-1, and TU-RIU2
